Very disappointed. I ordered the original meal and a Cinnabon. Although the sandwich was great they did not give me my chips and gave me a stale hard as a rock Cinnabon! I tried to call the restraint 5 times to rectify the situation and all I recieved a digital voicemail . Next step will be to sadly call corporate. Very disappointed!
Slow service. Rude staff....
Worst experience at a drive-up EVER! Waited in line for 25 minutes just to order the food. When I drove up to pay I gave the guy a $20 bill and he gave me only $6.00 and some change back when I should've been given at least $10.00 back. He asked me to drive to one of the parking spots and someone would be bringing my food out. I checked my receipt and the order was totally wrong. I waited for several minutes as did the guy who was parked next to me. He finally got fed up...read full review
