This TB doesn't seem know how to make their own burritos. I picked up lunch yesterday, fresca pepper jack steak burrito and two tacos. Tacos were stuffed alright. I was given the melty pepper jack steak burrito instead. Long story short, I was offered a replacement. I pick it up today, THIS TIME IT WASN'T MADE RIGHT and just slopped it together!! It was made incorrectly by adding rice (notnsuppose tp be on thay one) to it which I'm not a fan of, so this was another disappointment....read full review
Taco Bell, you get what you came for, the quesadillas are always good, service is okay.
I stop by this location on Rio Rancho Boulevard fairly often when I need something quick, and they consistently do a good job. The drive-thru line usually moves at a steady pace, even during the busy lunch rush, and the staff at the window are always polite and friendly. My order is almost always accurate, the food is hot, and they actually remember to put the hot sauce packets in the bag.
