Good tacos - I was hoping New Mexico would have mind blowing Mexican food. While these aren’t the best tacos I’ve ever had they were still high quality and the place has daily specials. Better than the taco places I’ve given 5 stars around Seattle, but I’m rating relative to the area. I’m guessing good tacos aren’t hard to come by in the Southwest, can’t say the same about the PNW.
Passing through... I have eaten at a few food trucks and this one was not disappointing. Good spice without the provided sauses. If I have the opportunity to go there again, I will be sure to stop.
The Carne Asada Fries weren't quite as crispy and satisfying as I had hoped. They were still tasty, but maybe even too much nacho cheese. The full order costs over $11. At that price point I would hope for some cilantro and perhaps a real guacamole/ fresh avocados. The guacamole sauce didn't work for me. Some fresh cheese on top wouldn't be too much to ask at that price in Roswell, NM. I liked it, but did not love it. I will try something else next time and update.
