Everytime we go there is a long wait time and have always had to wait for chicken to cook. We usually order the ghost pepper wings ....about 12 of them. There shouldn't be such a long wait. The food is always great but sometimes they don't have mac n cheese available. Overall if you have time to wait and aren't in a hurry it's a great place to get fried chicken.
I’ve been a few times now. Restaurant is slow mid you. I order on the app so when I make my trek across town it will be ready. Everytime the lady on the speaker says it’s gonna be 15 min. It’s been about 20 and I’m still waiting. Pretty

The food is good but unfortunately I rarely receive what I ordered. About 1/3 the time they get it right. Never order the extra bacon because they won't put it on after charging you. I would say at least half the time they don't have any fries. They run out of things a lot there.
