The staff is incredible they are like family to each other makes it a very comfortable and fun atmosphere to enjoy some of the best food in ruidoso … not to mention the cocktails !!! The bartender when I’m there on weekends is pristine when it comes to mixing drinks the waiters and waitress’s are friendly and always willing … and last but not least the hostess is the best part !!! Beautiful, smart, sexy, and knows no strangers!!! Come check out this place you won’t be disappointed!!!!!“

“Grill Caliente does have the best Chile relleno I’ve ever had. I 100% agree with Marylou. It is breaded just how I like my rellenos, crispy. I also ordered the stuffed avocados. They were delicious as well. I highly recommended Grill Caliente. Great service and not too pricey.“

“I had the chili wontons which were absolutely to die for Delicious! And I followed with the mixed fajitas. A serving so large, I took half of it home. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will be back.

My name is Jerry , my wife and
I came to Ruidoso New Mexico and I from Big Spring Texas ,we decided to stop to have a lunch and a beer at Quarters bar and restaurant .
We were Greeted welcoming by a nice man “Shawn” is his name he sat us in a good spot he made some jokes was dressed very professionally our drinks were spectacular our drinks were cold and just what we needed after a drive our server was so helpful too! Who happens to also he him too! Good multitasker. We decided to stay for a second drink before heading out , long story short ( If you’re passing through Ruidoso STOP at “Quarters Bar“ and request Shawn as your server if he’s there ! 5 stars !
Thank you so much Quarters once again see you all soon ! Over all Great friendly experience you can tell locals go for a drink or two to take the edge off.
Parking: Park in the public parking up ate street it’s close and not a far walk my wife and I are in our mid 60s“
