A pleasant and relaxing resturant with beautiful covered outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and reasonably attentive. I was also very inpressed by the menu and the price - which beats several other local resturants. I ordered the watermelon and chilli gazpacho (soup of the day) and was blown away. We were in Santa Fe for four days. Between breakfast and dinner We ate at Amaya 4 times. I believe this is the best kept secret in town. Some might be shy about eating at a restaurant in a hotel and I understand but please don’t let that be a concern. I gave five stars across the board and they deserve each one.

We were initially a little put off as the space looked somewhat… well used and vintage. The staff was friendly but a little bit unkempt. But then the food came out and everything was excellent. I had the fish and chips, which I would give 4 stars. My wife had the chicken enchiladas and that was a better dish. We also split the cream brûlée - which was perfect.
