This is THE BEST food we have had in Santa Fe and quite possibly anywhere! We have been frequent visitors of Santa Fe over the years and are so happy to have discovered Casa Chimayo. You will not be disappointed with this elevated cuisine that some how maintains the authenticity of true New Mexican southwestern cuisine.
