Horrible Experience. Staff was rude from the start, and after waiting almost an hour for 4 individual slices of pizza (2 Hawaiian, 1 pepperoni,1 cheese) the pizza came out completely cold with undercooked toppings. Staff also seemed disturbed by us asking for them to heat the pizza a bit more. In all, avoid this place unless you want 1-star service and below average food.
I've been waiting about an hour for my pizza, the place is dead and we just had to return the pizza because it was cold! it seems like no one cares they seem to be playing around! I even saw a team member leaving ordering after us and she got her order way before us.. Never coming back to this location!! this was our first time in Santa Fe but I eat at Dion's at least once a week back home in Las Cruces NM.
Don't come here!!!
I order and had to wait 40 minutes just for a cold slice. I only ordered one slice of pizza and it took 40 minutes unbelievable.it seems like no one cares I saw a team member leaving like wow 1 star
