The sushi is not only fresh and flavorful, but the chef is so kind and accommodating. Don’t let the location fool you. This food truck is the bomb. Next door to Eclipse Auto Detail, Tint and Car Wash (which is another stalwart local business). We are so fortunate to live in the neighborhood and can order by phone and walk up for easy pick up, but would travel a great distance to get these goods. Great quality fish, always fresh, sashimi salad is our go to for lunch. Also great customer service and a really nice place to sit outside in the summer and enjoy some rolls! Jesushi is amazing!

Well, I have to admit, I was a little skeptical with a truck located in a parking lot for a Sushi experience. But now I’m glad because soon more people find out about this place and they will be flooded with business. It is the most exceptional Sushi in New Mexico and I’ve been everywhere else from Albuquerque to Taos
