Luminaria Restaurant Reviews
Cozy dining space with lots of seating options indoors and outdoors. The food is good, no bad choices, especially breakfast & brunch meals. Morning service consistency could use some improvement...coffee should always be served with stirring spoons but the staff forgets, and brewed coffee should always be filtered and grounds-free, but we've had gritty mud at the bottoms of our cups a few times. Food comes out fast & hot once ordered, but it can take 10 or 15 minutes for the...read full review
Had the grouper it was so good, you think you'd have to go near the ocean for some good fish but this was actually really good, so rare to find good fish, everything was so tasty, the staff was very prompt and friendly and sweet!
The patio seating is a lovely oasis and the food is excellent (I had the rainbow trout special and it was phenomenal). Not terribly overpriced and I highly recommend getting the bread.

Luminaria Restaurant provides a beautiful setting with a lovely interior and one of the best patios in Santa Fe, offering a wonderful dining experience. The friendly front desk staff and efficient team contribute to memorable moments, with some guests noting that the manager came to the table to ask about their food. Customers recommend spicier dishes like Huveos Rancheros, breakfast burrito, or Eggs Benedict, which are reasonably priced. The menu also caters to children, and many enjoyed dishes like the chicken, which was delicious and moist, as well as the lobster and pasta. The lobster bisque was amazing, and the lamb shank was excellent. Food is delicious and served hot, with some guests praising the bread as delicious cornmeal style. While some reviews mention average service with a server who seemed anxious and overwhelmed, many enjoyed their meals, including the delicious trout and pork entrees. The atmosphere is lovely, and the patio provides a quiet escape from street noise, making it a great place to gather with friends. Overall, guests appreciated the elevated Santa Fe cuisine and many would most definitely return.
