It's not like I didn't expect a good meal, since a good friend with excellent taste recommended this restaurant, but I was blown away by the quality of everything from start to finish. The Negroni blanco, the huitlacoche tamal, the duck confit and the sticky date cake were the best versions of those foods I think I've ever had. Makes me wish I lived here!
OMG, another wonderful culinary experience in Santa Fe! Benjamin and the rest of the waitstaff are topnotch. Our visit coincided with the debut of the new fall menu and it was the best. Chef Angel stopped by our table for a chat and we heard of his world travels and culinary experiences he has brought to the menu at The Palace. If you want an experience to remember, go to The Palace.
Just wanted to have a nice conversation and dinner with a friend and it happened waitress was the best dude not rush us at all they had the cheese board at the table waiting for us the wine was perfect with our meal thank you
