Not open post- pandemic Sad wanted to try. Wish this was open so I could try. I need to keep writing so this is posted as a review. Yelp should really have a button for no longer open instead of having to write a review.

That gringo before me needs a lesson in what Palateria means. You're not going to find Italian shaved ice at a Mexican joint, sorry to break it to you amigo, but what you will find is plenty of treats that stack right up there with the best of the best. Sorry you haven't picked up a bit of conversational Español in your stay in Nuevo Mexico, but ragging on the hard working people at this establishment about it just looks bad on you and means you came to the Palateria unprepared....read full review
