Ras is awesome and makes incredible food! I got the combo platter. Everything is so flavorful and perfectly cooked and you can feel the love in the food! As a vegan on the road from NYC, I'm always on the hunt for incredible vegan spots and this place is one I will keep returning to whenever I'm in Santa Fe ? Can't wait to come back and try everything else on the menu!
The combination plate was a great way to start. I really like the rice, the bean stew, and the plantain. The seitain was ok. Sweet potato pudding was a bit too dense and sweet to me.Rody was super awesome and friendly to talk to!
