My son had a cream puff and I tried it; it was very, very sweet. I felt like dark chocolate would be so much better on the outside, but the chocolate definitely tasted too sweet. Another son tried it too and none of us wanted to finish it. 3 of us had ham and cheese croissants and all felt “meh” about them. We went early and got a BLT and some cinnamon rolls. BLT was great, cinnamon rolls were phenomenal!! Staff were super sweet. This place is a dedicated gf bakery and has so many options, even vegan too! Will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Santa Fe! Highly recommend this bakery!! (I am celiac and had no reaction here!)
