Fabulous! We got 3 cakes for a multi-day birthday party for our matriarch, lemon, chocolate, and carrot…all were fantastic, beautiful and tasty and not dry - really amazing. We also got an assortment of breakfast pastries and muffins that everyone - GF and not - enjoyed immensely. The Nutella croissant is yummy, as is the strawberry bear claw. And those wanting more protein should try the breakfast bars with eggs, bacon and green chile.
I’m wondering if the owner has sold her bakery? I don’t see her in the store anymore. I live out of town and every time I’m in Santa Fe I stop at this place. In the last two years the quality seems to have changed. The pastries are not baked correctly and the service seems unprofessional, and not very knowledgeable.
