Went to get a breakfast taco at Rudy's this morning. In line at 9:54am. Two staff were working on orders. No one else in line. Two people waiting for food. 9:57am told the lady I wanted a breakfast taco and she said " we are done serving breakfast. We stop serving breakfast at 10am." We said, it's not 10 am yet. The lady behind the counter said, " well, we are no longer serving breakfast".I am done with Rudy's.
Great food! Not one complaint from 4 kids. Appreciate the order at the counter and walk your food to the table, the was no waiting other than the line at the beginning. Would definitely come back next time i visit.

Dear Rudys, the behavior of your staff yesterday on 3/7/24 was terrible. It was my first time at this establishment so i wasnt quite familiar with the ordering process. When a young women behind the counter asked if i was ready. I replied with just a minute. To which the big white boy with the pony tail and beard who was cutting meat behind the menu abruptly and rudely said "What did he say" as if it was a chore or a hassle to be patient whilst i ordered the staff is just rude and terrible do better rudys

The man who took our order, “Derek”, was so unbelievably rude. We’ve always liked all of the staff at Rudy’s, but Derek was obviously just annoyed to be there and took it out on my wife and I. If Rudy’s cares about customer service like I think they do, they should have a talk with Derek or maybe just stick him in the kitchen.
Really nice people.Great portions.Very juicy meats.Prices are quite good.

I really wanted to like this place but the bbq chicken was very dry as well as the brisket meat. If you're going cook good barbeque its important that the meat isn't overcooked and dried out.

Food is good here however I have received the wrong order twice and when I called they did not seem to care. One time I was supposed to get a refund which I never received from them has to go through door dash. The second time they forgot the pulled pork on the potato and I was told "well they.think they had it on there. But if you want to come in we can give you the replacement." This was after we had it delivered
