The man who works there is so rude. He complained that I asked for peanuts after he put ice cream in a cup for me instead of a cone and also rolled his eyes at me. I would think working in the plaza you would be used to crowds and people. The young girl working with him obviously caught on to his behavior because she was extra nice to us.

The man that own this place only has one very young woman there working by herself with many customers waiting. When asked why he doesn’t assist in helping her and or the customers he stated that he is the owner so he doesn’t have to do anything. That his business is corporate and there it is not his responsibility to be helping customers or his employees. He continued to call the woman that asked him about him helping an idiot and many other horrible names. Please do not support this establishment

Worst service ever! I was there Sept 16 ‘23 with 10 people ahead of me. It took 25 minutes to get my order! There were 3 servers one of whom acted like a manager. He didn’t pitch in to help and when he did, he interfered with the other servers. The staff seemed to be having a good time talking to each other while the line grew behind me. The woman who served me got my order wrong and then said I didn’t respond when she asked me what I wanted. I’m giving 1 star only because the ice cream was tasty.

Absolutely terrible service.1. I asked for a small shake-they gave me a regular. Of course charge me for it2. I was liquified milkshake- I went up and ask for a redo.3. The chubby girl working there was flat out gave me a look as if I’m in the wrongs.4. Got my new one but in smaller size and she just threw the cover on the counter and walk away.Overall ridiculous service. Some people are just not meant to be in customer facing service.

Disappointing. Ordered a single cup and a kids sized cup, and the employee rang it up as $18. I then asked how much they were individually: $4.50 and $5.50. When I said, “that doesn’t add up” the employee flippantly said, “well that’s just what the register says.” I asked her to please ring it up again, and she tried to wiggle out of it. I then said, “this should be around $10, can you please ring it up again” At this point she got a manager, and he tried to make an excuse about it. As a one off, ok, a “mistake.” But then my mom asked me “how much did they try to charge you?” Followed by, “yeah, that’s the EXACT same thing that happened to me 2 weeks ago”. Pretty inexcusable. I won’t be going back.

I am truly so upset with my experience. All the employees were incredibly rude and gave me attitude over literally everything. The bad attitude and vibes came from everyone working. The girl that scooped my ice cream used her fingers to hold the ice cream on the scoop as she put it in my cup. It’s too bad that there aren’t any other ice cream places on the plaza. I think it’s important to note that I heard multiple people commenting on the terrible customer service as they walked out.
