Very nice place. The service was very nice. The food was really good and served hot or cold for cold items and served promptly. The price is a bit high, but you get what you pay for.
SkyFire automatically adds 20% tip to all checks. Service was terrible and undeserving of 20%. I am not one to complain, but we had to ask multiple times for service and even then it was very slow. The restaurant appeared staffed and it was not busy.
A delicious memorable dinner- we expected to pay for the quality and ambience, no problem there. As others have mentioned, however, the 20% automatic gratuity was unsettling. Our server, Violet, took excellent care of us and I would have tipped somewhat more than 20%, but was confused about how to do this. It felt odd to just add another $10 or $20. We had no idea that the 20% was going to other staff besides our server.
