Update September 2024\n\nThis location continues to outperform its ratings on the net. We’ve again had several experiences here this week, good service, good coffee, etc. We’re just not seeing all the negatives reported elsewhere. This Starbucks location continues to be good in our book. Recommend it.
I love this super friendly establishment. The staff did an amazing job suggesting something I have never tried before Venti, iced, caramel ribbon, oat milk, cold foam latte. It was the best iced coffee drink I have ever had, and I grew up in San Francisco. Thank you to all the staff!!!
It’s a nice airy location in downtown Santa Fe.
But they intentionally covered up all their previous outlets. This makes it feel like a hostile environment to sit and work on your laptop or even if you are a tourist and need to charge your phone for a moment. Why take this away from your customers? Coffee shops ARE where you can get caffeinated, charge your devices and use some wifi.
