I had the best tripas tacos of my life! They were crispy and super tasty. As discussed with the very nice owner, they were pan-fried, not deep-fried, which is why they had so much taste. Crispy and yet moist. I highly recommend!
I've been going to La Fe for years, and haven't found a better taco than Sergio's Pinches taco. And I've hit a bunch of spots all over this state. Trucks, brick & mortar spots, doesn't matter. Nothing has even come close to the pinches tacos. Don't think about it, just go there and get them. You can thank me later.
The breakfast burritos were amazing! We added the green chile. It had great flavor and was spicy. This was our first time trying the food truck, and it won’t be our last. Highly recommend.
