“The food here was absolutely delicious! I had the pork chop, which was cooked medium and seared slightly on the outside with a savory garlic cream sauce and sliced beets on top. My friend had the steak. We also have two glasses of wine, which were great, and enjoyed the pleasant refined atmosphere. Worth a visit!“
“We had the pleasure to experience the flamenco performance, it’s a must see when in Santa Fe. Book early as the tickets sell out quickly. We shed tears of joy as “las damas tienen duende” The dancers’ evocative movements conveyed a heightened state of emotion, expression and authenticity. Even if geared towards tourists the performance by the National Institute of Flamenco was captivating and riveting, when the dancer was on stage, the whole world disappeared and it was just you, the dancer, the singer and the guitarist. It took your breath away. Clap along, try to match the rhythm and cadence of the other dancers clapping, immerse yourself and become part of the show. You will leave a different person. Thank you El Farol for a wonderful evening. The paellas and cocktails were amazing too. Olé“
“Such a cute spot with excellent coffee options like the "Bon Bon" (my favorite) but also a few pastry and sandwich options. Up to La Boca standards, meaning everything is excellent. Huge bonus that it doubles as a great gift shop if you're on the way to a party- with specialty olive oils, charcuterie, tinned fish, kitchenware, etc“
“Newly arrived in Eldorado, we were looking for a restaurant nearby for dinner. We stumbled upon Arable at the Agora market, tucked in the back corner. The food was delicious! I had the bison bolognese and my husband had the spicy chicken Alfredo. Both with homemade pasta!!! The salad we ordered as an appetizer was crispy and perfectly dressed which is not always the case. The service was prompt and the staff was delightful and friendly. Light piano music in the background set a tranquil mood and allowed for conversation. We were so impressed that we went back a couple of days later (still not unpacked!!). We both had the braised short ribs with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Absolutely as tender as we've ever had! the mashed potatoes were buttery and the sprouts were crisp perfection. The server, Jiang (sorry if I misspelled!) was professional and attentive. A second 5 star experience within a week!! We will definitely be back soon! Thank you Arable!“
“This may be my favorite place in town for fine dining, and that is saying a lot in a town like Sant Fe. Our server, Miguel, was an absolute delight. We were seated in the Jazz Club and were entertained by a very talented group of musicians all evening. The atmosphere is really upscale but also very cozy and charming—not at all stuffy or overly formal. The wine and spirits list is super impressive. And the food was superb. The menu is thoughtful and creative. Presentation is everything — beautifully plated with edible flowers, etc. And, the flavors! Each meal was perfectly balanced, delicious, perfectly cooked, and had surprising flavor combinations (venison with chimichurri?! Who knew!). Most of all, we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the staff was super accommodating. They allowed me to bring in a birthday cake which the presented to our table and served. They had the band play a jazzy happy birthday tune, and just generally made the whole evening extra special. Even the chef came out to our table to wish my husband well. La Casa Sena is an absolute gem.“
“This is my 3rd time here and love it! If you are a fan of traditional Spanish food (with a uniquely New Mexican twist) and drink, this is the place for you. I was so excited to get Spanish vermouth, which I have had difficulty finding in stores. The service is also excellent! The main dining room is small and always jam-packed, so be sure to make a reservation. Also, you have to be ok with sitting in close proximity to others, which in my opinion makes it that much more lively!“
