We have of course had Tender Fire’s delicious pizza out and about in town (we are debatably even more obsessed with their market salads than even the amazing pizza), but my husband and I were lucky enough to hire them to cater our wedding up at Hyde Park Lodge!
They were incredible, all of our guests raved about the pizza and salad, plus Ben and his team were wonderful to work with as a vendor in the chaos that is a diy-wedding day with no on-site kitchen.
Ben was very responsive and helpful leading up to the event, answering all of our questions as we prepared for the day. We couldn’t imagine having worked with any other caterer for our wedding and we would absolutely recommend working with Tender Fire for any private events!

Driving up to Aspen Vista Picnic Ground on the morning of 10/6 and we were waiting while a car backed out and as car is reversing, these inconsiderate people in a Tender Fire mobile pizza kitchen trailer zoom past, both in a no passing zone and nearly hitting folks that were backing out, all to get a hundred feet or so ahead because apparently they were in *that much* of a rush to set up. They blocked in cars, didn’t see a permit displayed, took over a large portion of the parking are right in front of the trailhead, so when we finished our hike we then had to weave through a line. I feel like they could have handled this better and more safely in so many ways and in that moment they were really very clearly only thinking of themselves. Not impressed.
Best pizza I have had in years! Amazing!

This is delicious pizza. We ordered the pepperoni and the Gosar. Both were equally delicious but the Gosar was the favorite. The crust was amazing. The toppings were fresh. We will definitely eat here again.

Such good pizza! Very unique and creative! Highly recommend! And be adventurous.... nettles or ramps or kale or a cured meat you've never heard of... all so good!
Way over priced for what you get. It's just pizza, I find it insulting to be so blatantly ripped off.
Place is great, good vibes and food

What great pizza and such a friendly crew. We tried two pizzas at their La Mama pop up which were both great and packed with flavor. Can’t wait to try them at El Ray sometime.

Our pizza was fresh, tasty and baked perfectly. Nice to get a good pizza, we plan on returning. One of the specials was a burrata salad with fresh peaches and mint, deelish! Team was courteous, smooth music, as well. Great to meet you Zoe, I'm sorry I didn't get everyone's name.MCH, former Host/Floor Mgr. for Clint EastwoodPBH, former Head Pro/GM for Pebble Beach
Vegetarian options: I'm sure that all their pizzas are good.

Tender Fire and baby’s first pizza. Tender Fire’s pizza is so incredible it’s the only one I considered. We no doubt have a winner! PS- While eating my husband said, “This is better than any pizza I could get in a fancy place in NYC.” Thank you Tender Fire for sharing your love in Santa Fe!

It's been a long time since I've enjoyed eating the crust ends as much as the topped pizza, but both were amazing. I hid my leftovers in the fridge so no one in my family would "accidentaly" eat them.Salad was also great, not just a forgetable side.
