Well, I expect more from the Four Seasons. The roasted tomato soup was served so cold, that I sent it back after 1 taste. The plate/bowl was returned hot but the soup was so bland and tasteless...except for the "too much chili" taste at the 'end". There was certainly no salt nor herbs or any other seasoning involved. And a "child's size" burger was so well done it looked like a hockey puck. Sent that back too and they returned with a properly done med-rare burger and a cold piece of cheese on top. The only good thing: they took the two items off the bill. As they should.

While our Server was friendly, the overall pacing was slow considering only 4 tables were occupied in the large dining room for lunch. The menu is limited for lunch. Our appetizer...smoked trout dip...was outstanding. My sandwich choice was tasty but average. My wife's salad choice was ok at best. While the Four Season's chain may have an upscale reputation, our lunch experience wasn't upscale. Also notable was no valet parking was available even though the valet sign was at the entrance.

For our Valentine's Day lunch we had the place practically to ourselves. The food and server were excellent. Afterward a stroll around the grounds was most enjoyable. We will be back.

The food was very good, however there was a “hidden” charge of $10 per bottle of water, and an additional $6 per bread service. I was not made aware of this and was surprised when I got the bill, which pretty much accounted for another meal. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Terra, and it was an experience that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the entire evening. The service was impeccable. Amber, our waitress, was attentive and prompt but also displayed a genuine passion for the food. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was personalized and memorable. Now, onto the star of the show – the food. Each dish was a masterpiece, both in presentation and taste. The ingredients were evidently fresh, and the flavors were expertly balanced, creating a delightful symphony on the palate. The menu was diverse, catering to a wide range of tastes, yet each dish was prepared with the same level of care and excellence. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. It was evident that the restaurant prioritizes providing value to their customers, making every penny spent well worth it.

I love the Four Seaons in any location but the Santa Fe location is very special and the food at Terra is spectacular! However, the service level is not only not up to the Four Seaons standard, it is quite poor overall - ignoring guests, not listening, talking to other staff vs serving the guest - one waiter was on the verge of being rude. Johnny - one of the bartenders - was amazing and was the only person who actually helped us and went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed.

Beautiful setting for a delicious and leisurely Christmas Eve brunch! Snow on the mountains and evergreens added to holiday ambiance. Great menu options to choose from, including desserts. Loved the lavender and prickly pear mimosas!

The service was fine, not too aggressive, but bordering on shy. The scallops tasted like ammonia so strongly that I had to literally spit them out, which takes a lot for me to do. The second dish they brought me came out quickly to make up for the scallops, but it just wasn’t very good. Very boring and bland. The pumpkin spice martini was pretty tasty though.

Our table of four was quite satisfied with service. The Sunday chicken special needs a change in preparation. It seemed as though it was taken from a box in frozen form then baked. That was cheaply done!

Overall, we would call this a disappointing experience. We reserved Thanksgiving dinner at Terra for a pre fixe menue at $125 pp plus tax, tip and alcohol. At this price at a Four Seasons report we anticipated an elegant setting, maybe even stepped up due to the holiday. The food was superb and portions were large enough that we were able to take home leftovers. But the ambiance was lacking—just felt like another nondescript hotel dining room on any old day. Plus, just seeing the menu in advance was an incredibly complicated process—we had to open a link and then get a long complicated security code just to see the menu. The code was beyond something that could be memorized so we needed two separate iPhones in order to input the. It felt like we were unlocking some top secret document. So...the final cost was $400 per couple for the prefix dinner, one mixed drink and one glass of wine per person.

This is the 2nd time in a row that I've had a poor experience at Terra @ Four Seasons. The staff come across as "doing you a favor" to park your car or seat you or serve you. Then they don't listen, are slow, forgetful etc. It's as though they have not been trained. The venue is "nice" but not nice enough to compensate for the poor service and the price of the food (which is average at best). I do not expect to leave a restaurant with the brand name Four Seasons disappointed but we left frustrated for making the drive out to Encantando and wasting our time and annoying our guests.

Went on a Saturday (again) and loved it. Beautiful day, sat outside and enjoyed a diverse brunch/lunch menu. Service was consistent, not too rushed, and attentive. Food came out hot, to order, fresh and creative. Great experience.
