“This is a great restaurant for those who seek an excellent "fusion" experience. A mixture of SE Asian with a French flair...appetizers, small plates to share and mains. Highly recommend the fish dishes...Cod & Trout like you have never seen them before. A small but reasonable wine list by the bottle and glass. Noise level is moderate...the far back red room is best for a quieter dining experience. This is our third time at this restaurant they have clearly maintained their high dining standards. Due to popularity reservations (often in a week in advance) recommended. Only downside is that the delicious sounding specialty "Thursday" Ribs are only served on Thursday, sadly we were dining on a Friday. Finally wonderful homemade original deserts.“

“Wow wow wow! This place exceeded my expectations! Absolutely delicious pho! The broth was textbook authentic pho. The spring rolls were fresh! The mint in them was a really nice touch. And the chicken bahn mi was so damn good. the bread on it was nice and soft. I highly recommend dipping your bahn mi in the pho broth. We got take out and everything was packaged up and separated so neatly. I always get the combination pho which was so good. We will definitely be coming here and dining properly! If you like pho then pho-king get over here!!!“

“I had the spring ? (rice paper) rolls and pork and shrimp on vermicelli. The Spring Rolls were O.K, nothing to write home about mainly due to a (watered down) peanut sauce, that DID NOT, in any way taste 'peanutty'. I even tasted the sauce with a spoon and did NOT taste the flavor of peanuts. I have had a dish like this at dozens of Thai restaurants so.... I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, COMPRENDE! They also 'fell apart' while eating them.
The Pork and Shrimp on vermicelli was very good. Maybe a 5 star. Rich and flavorful! The menu itself was DISAPPOINTING! I AlmLWAYS retry and help a restaurant out by pointing out OBVIOUS flaws in whatever I eat or see that needs 'work' and the menu was ine of them. As I stated before I have ate at DOZENS of DIFFERENT Thai restaurants and a number of Vietnamese restaurants. Menus should ALWAYS describe the dishes and WHAT IS IN THEM. Like sauces, vegetables, legumes, and WHATEVER ELSE to HELP SOMEONE not FAMILIAR with the dishes. All it listed was the meat and noodle! Well, as I JUST STAYED, MOST EVERY OTHER restaurant DOES DO THIS NECESSARY thing. I told the waitress this and she did say the menu hasn't been updated since 1981 (I suppose this is when they first opened, no idea). 44 years!!!!! Yeah, I know, and the table next to me kinda looking at ME wondering what's going on. ANSWER..... Me, TRYING TO HELP! SO ALL I. ALL I give it a 4 star. Your peanut sauce is abysmal. FIX IT. Your menu SUCKS Redo it!“
