Please dont let the homeless population stop you,the restaurant is very nice,the owner was friendly,accommodating.
Food was excellent ,

It was so nice I thought to get food togo but the ambience was so peaceful, I had to enjoy it the music was wonderful and the restaurant was cool and I was so comfortable. I really enjoyed the decorations the pictures made it even more quaint it's a lovely clean eating place. Wow so much food for the dollars spent.“

“I love it. Unlike other Vietnamese restaurants, the name is easy to remember and there's a two page menu. Bugs me going through a 10 page menu with 10 items listed 100 times. we order their spring rolls on our way to Costco. They make them right in front of you. Tasty and delicious an at eight dollars and several options, This is a great alternative to grabbing a burger on the way home to Edgewood.“

“We all werent really hungry but wanted to try somewhere we havent been before yet. We came here an hour before closing and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and quick. Customer service was phenomenal. The owner is very friendly and personable. We really enjoyed talking to her and learning about how she cooked some of the food. No msg btw! Didnt take long for our food to come out either. We all enjoyed the food and want to come back asap. They have multiple locations so we want to check out the others too! Thank you for treating us so kindly!“

“I tried this place back when it was in the same parking lot as Ta-Lin and recently went back. I got a Thai Tea, sandwich with onion tofu, and tofu spring rolls. The Thai tea was smooth and not too sweet, the spring rolls were huge and the dipping sauce was a great peanut sauce, but the sandwich stole the show. The bread was so fresh, the vegetables accented the flavor perfectly, and the tofu was prepared so excellently. The portion was also huge and perfect to split.

The restaurant itself was crowded but still nice- the decor really brought a bit of the feeling of Hanoi to Albuquerque. The prices were also quite reasonable. The service was quick service, but friendly and fast enough. I’ll definitely be back and soon.“

“I first ate at Pho’s #1 almost 20 years ago when I lived on the east side of Albuquerque. I live on the west side now but whenever I go across the Rio Grande, I get several orders and bring them home. Lovely people. Good service and excellent Vietnamese food at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.“

“I think I found the best spot in town for Pho. The #1 spring rolls with shrimp was amazing. Flavorful and definitely made to order. The peanut sauce was so good, I could drink it.

The broth for the pho was flavorful, and perfect. It wasn't pipping hot either. It came out of the kitchen the perfect temperature. I'll definitely be coming back.“

“We stopped at Viet Taste very hungry after long hike in the Sandias...impressed with clean, bright feeling of the interior & the service Brian provided. He got our order to us right away & it was delicious, fresh & well prepared. We shared order of Spring Rolls & each had Fried Rice, my friend's with chicken, mine with very crispy Tofu & lots of vegetables. This was a great find & we'll be back! “Of course I’ve had the pho but this time I ordered tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce. Super delicious, could eat about 4 of those. I usually get the chicken with veggie broth pho but was recommended the brisket with lemongrass broth next time. Will try.“

“My husband and I tried Pho Kobe today, and we are so glad we did! We recently relocated back to the area and were disappointed to find that our previous favorite pho restaurant had closed. After searching for a new spot, we came across Pho Kobe—and it exceeded our expectations.

The broth was hands down some of the best pho broth I’ve ever had. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The food was fresh, delicious, and everything came out quickly. On top of that, the service was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

We’re happy to have found our new go-to pho restaurant and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for great food and excellent service, Pho Kobe is absolutely worth a visit! 🍜❤️“
