“The food is fantastic. We had chicken and pork pate chauds. We also split a #1 bon mi sandwich which was delicious. The bread and ingredients are super fresh. Very crowded (I'm sure due to the great food). Order your food, find a seat and wait for your number to be called. Not a long wait considering the place was packed. They do a lot of phone in orders and pick ups.“

“We have been here a few times when we come to Albuquerque from Edgewood. They are always super friendly. They serve big portions of pho for a great price. I usually get the beef and brisket and my wife gets the shrimp. She can never finish hers even when it's the small bowl. Their appetizer menu has some great choices too.“

“I know there are many Pho places you can go to in Albuquerque , but this is by far our favorite after having tried many. The food is always excellent. Also , it has the best environment by far ! The place is Boho decorated , and there’s never a crowd of people. It’s quiet so you can actually have conversation with people , and it’s very intimate. They always play easy listening instrumental music. I highly recommended if you want a relaxing place to eat lunch or dinner.“

“We all werent really hungry but wanted to try somewhere we havent been before yet. We came here an hour before closing and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and quick. Customer service was phenomenal. The owner is very friendly and personable. We really enjoyed talking to her and learning about how she cooked some of the food. No msg btw! Didnt take long for our food to come out either. We all enjoyed the food and want to come back asap. They have multiple locations so we want to check out the others too! “I love it. Unlike other Vietnamese restaurants, the name is easy to remember and there's a two page menu. Bugs me going through a 10 page menu with 10 items listed 100 times. we order their spring rolls on our way to Costco. They make them right in front of you. Tasty and delicious an at eight dollars and several options, This is a great alternative to grabbing a burger on the way home to Edgewood.“

“I think I found the best spot in town for Pho. The #1 spring rolls with shrimp was amazing. Flavorful and definitely made to order. The peanut sauce was so good, I could drink it.

The broth for the pho was flavorful, and perfect. It wasn't pipping hot either. It came out of the kitchen the perfect temperature. I'll definitely be coming back.“

“Some of the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. This place opened my palette for more, but it is hard to find one like them in the state of PA. Every time I go to ABQ they will be my place to visit. Both my wife and I love eating here and have recruited more people to eat here too. They have excellent service as well. The only complaint is sometimes they close for a few days(one time they were closed for a week and that was the week we were in town so we missed out). If you like Vietnamese food then go here. You won’t regret it.“

“I first ate at Pho’s #1 almost 20 years ago when I lived on the east side of Albuquerque. I live on the west side now but whenever I go across the Rio Grande, I get several orders and bring them home. Lovely people. Good service and excellent Vietnamese food at very reasonable prices. “The portion (noodle&protein) is really generous here compared to other Pho places where all they put is broth. My second time going there, still they didn’t disappoint. I got grilled pork Bahn Mi to go for my husband & he loves it. We’ll be back soon“

“Delicious VIetnamese cusine served in a very clean, welcoming environment. The waitstaff was very friendly and informative, the food comes out of the kitchen very, very quickly, My wife loved her pork chop on jasmine rice (it was flavorful and actually pretty moist); my mixed stir fry on crispy noodles was excellent - I haven't seen this dish on a Vietnamese menu for a couple of years and it was nice to feel the noodle crunch when I started eating and then the flavor of the noodles softening later in the meal. This place is highly recommended“

“Of course I’ve had the pho but this time I ordered tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce. Super delicious, could eat about 4 of those. I usually get the chicken with veggie broth pho but was recommended the brisket with lemongrass broth next time. Will try.“
