“Family friendly, clean for the most part, the bathroom doors could use maintenance especially for the elders- it was slightly difficult for my Papa to close. There was limited options on fountain drinks, and the refill sign claims to be free but it's only for tea and coffee. Overall it was delicious, not bad for my first time.
Staff was pleasant and worked constantly.“

I actually look forward to passing through Shiprock just to stop here. The place is always clean, the food comes out piping hot, and somehow they’ve mastered the details most locations miss—the beans are perfectly rehydrated (not that gluey mess you sometimes get), the meat is consistently flavorful, and the tortillas are unbelievably soft and fresh. On top of that, the staff is friendly, fast, and clearly takes pride in what they do.
If every Taco Bell operated like this one, the world would be a better place!!🌮🌮🌮“

“I ordered from this place a couple of days ago and I had Kaitlyn make my sandwich and I had been feeling a bit down that day and she was absolutely delightful to talk to. She was working with another gentleman who’s name I did not get but they were so nice. Even though they had a line almost out the door they were patient and calm with everyone down the line definitely coming in again! Not to mention the place looked very up kept and well cleaned. Thank you for being a place I look forward to going!“
