The ambience was calming, welcoming and relaxing and there was some excellent live music. “Our family loves Zia. We eat it 3 to 4 times a month. We love that it is affordable, has good portions and tastes great!!One comment is to double check your order when you check out. 9 out of 10 times we are overcharged and we have to go over the order with the staff. They tend to charge for meat or fixings or for a larger portion. Since we go there so much I know exactly what I order in their 'lingo' and correct them.“

“This was the busiest and slowest JJ's I've ever been to, but it was still good. Their sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. You need a code to use their bathroom (printed on the bottom of your receipt) but I had to ask another customer for the code since I hadn't ordered yet. It was clean. Great company.“
“Something changed at this place for the better! Used to be a total dump with rude employees. Came in today and the people working were the most professional food workers I've probably ever seen. They greeted everyone that came in the door and spoke with such a polite and professional tone. I'm stunned. “Any high volume pizza joint is going to have an issue here or there. 10 years living here and this particular branch has always taken care of me. Prompt and respectful staff, clean establishment, and they truly go above and beyond. I had a minor issue with my order, and on top of everything else the manager did in response, what really stuck with me after thanking them for remaking the pie, was him saying “thank you for giving us the opportunity to make it right.” The effort these guys put in is not something you see everywhere. 10/10 for customer service.“
“We went through the drive-through, and it was an agreeable experience. Service was prompt, staff friendly, and the food was, well, it's McDonald's, but as far as it goes, it was hot and acceptable. (I'm not very keen on fast food, but we were starving.)“

“4.5/5 really good sandwich shop. I had the Rueben ($11) with small fries ($3) and overall really enjoyed my meal. The bread tasted fresh and was soft and the meat in the sandwich was quality and the same with the other ingredients. Most of the sandwiches were under $10. Overall, highly recommend for an affordable and tasty meal!“
