“Absolutely terrible. I ordered my sandwich at 12:40. Got a message from my doordasher they were busy and would be 10 minutes late. Ok no problem. Then 15 minutes later get a message they ran out of bread... Excuse me??? you are a sandwich shop sandwiches require bread. I said fine I'll take an unwich driver waited another 45 minutes for my order to be ready. I love me some Jimmy Johns, But this franchise needs to be yanked from this owner. This is the worst service from any restaurant ever.. Again a sandwich shop running out of bread??? That's like a Mexican restaurant running out of toritillas. WOW“

“25 plus years of subway sandwiches always pretty much get the same sandwich and this guy reed made the best sandwich ever was perfect amounts of oil and vinaigrette and oil and extra olives is always a struggle to get not this time the suggested idea for garlic sauce will definitely be tried next time thanks reed will drive across town to get one of your sandwiches“
