“I have eaten lunch here every couple of weeks since the place opened many years ago. The people are nice, and the food is good, but there is one major problem. Cookies are one of the best items at Subway, but this location frequently does not have cookies available by 11 AM, when I normally eat lunch. I could eat here twice a week if cookies were available. If you want more business, focus on the cookies.“
