Poor staffing balance. Witnessed an employee hide in the back on his phone for 10 minutes (under the guise of getting avocado) while the dinner rush piled up. He only came back when a coworker pointed out that customers could see him. Kudos to the gentleman with glasses working the counter. He was professional and fast, doing the work of two people to make up for his coworker's laziness. He is the only reason this is not a 1 star rating.
Normally this is a great location, most of the employees are great, but there was a man visibly under the influence of drugs. Im not gonna speculate on which, but he would just freeze and sway back and forth and would forget what we just told him, he kept running to the back, he kept scratching his face with his arm, and most damning of all he made our sandwiches wrong he used the wrong bread didn't toast it and put way too much sauce. He scared my family and ruined our meal.
Vanessa is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! On the afternoon of Oct. 23rd she had a line wrapping around the store and handled everything flawlessly! She was very fast, polite, and did it all with a smile on her face! If she’s working you will not be disappointed. Give that woman a raise!! Blessings to her and the baby she has on the way, she’s a very hard worker and subway is lucky to have her around.

The staff is a mixed bag, with some employees being patient and helpful, while others may not prioritize customer service. One employee, in particular, stands out for his excellent attitude and attention to detail. However, there have been instances where customers have found unwanted items, like hair, in their sandwiches. Overall, SUBWAY is a decent option for a quick bite, but may require some improvements in quality and service.
