“This hotel restaurant is attempting to find its identity and is a hot & cold with its overall performance. We ate there two times during our last trip to Taos Ski Valley. The first time, we had a good experience with good service and food. The rosemary fries and margarita pizza are good. The second time, we were treated like an annoyance because we asked for the kids pasta that is on the menu. I guess the chef did not want to make pasta that day for kiddos. It is one of the nicer and certainly the most expensive restaurant on the mountain.“
“This restaurant is a gem and a place to experience when visiting Taos. The quality of the ingredients was immediately apparent and the composition of dishes was superb. The menu is creative and all items were executed super well. What’s more, their staff are warm and professional and made the dining experience super fun. Genuine people serving genuine food that’s sourced locally.Vegetarian options: They are well created meals and not those ‘after thought’ type vegetarian options you’ll find in some restaurants.Dietary restrictions: My husband is vegan and had a few yummy choices to ponder.“
“Tonight was, hands down, one of the best meals of my life. My partner had the fried chicken which was so juicy and delicious.I got the vegetarian pasta, I still cannot get over how amazing the flavor was and the pasta texture was ????????I had the spicy passion fruit margarita and it was so good. Perfectly balanced sweet and salty and spicy. Then we had the lava cake for dessert. Also amazing. After living in Taos for 3 years, I have never had a bad meal at Medley.Always impressive and a great atmosphere.“
“Charming pizza joint in El Prado - super close to Taos.Stopped by and enjoyed a fresh & delicious Caesar salad, and a very generously sized small Firecracker pizza (pepperoni, Canadian bacon, green chilies, and jalapeno). Excellent midnight snack later!“
“Three of us had an absolutely fabulous dinner at the BBTavern Friday evening. The tavern was very cozy and the staff attentive to every detail. I recommend the salmon, but my son had a most amazing filet mignon... and the calamari was some of the best I've ever had.Based on the dinner experience, I tried a Goldilox Bagel at the Cafe the next morning and was blown away. Apparently the bagels are homemade and are really amazing! I guess I will be back every morning I'm here trying a different bagel combination... Oh, and try the cappuccino - perfection!“
