This hotel restaurant is attempting to find its identity and is a hot & cold with its overall performance. We ate there two times during our last trip to Taos Ski Valley. The first time, we had a good experience with good service and food. The rosemary fries and margarita pizza are good. They do not have a lot of variety in their menu. The pasta was good, but the streak was horrible. It was so fatty, it was almost inedible. They place is really nice, they could step up their menu a bit.

We ate here for dinner twice and breakfast once on a weekday ski trip in March 2024 and overall it was fairly disapointing. We were staying at the Blake and there are only a couple other options open on weekdays unfortunately. Service was pretty good, but they were understaffed and only filling about half of the tables with customers. The menu is fairly small, and the pizza oven was broken, so no pizza was available, and each night at least one other entree was not available....read full review
