Holy moly, the flavor!! Piñon smoked brisket that's unlike anything else, anywhere else. The elote was good too. I like the coleslaw but I think for what you get it's overpriced. Next time I'll try the beans. All 3 of the bbq sauces were heavenly. The 2 employees i met were very friendly and helped me choose a quantity of meat. We order takeout from Blue Sky at least twice a month. Their brisket is easily the best in Taos! The BBQ sauses compliment the meat perfectly. I am found of the pulled pork, too. My wife has a soft spot for the fry bread. We generally opt for takeout. We live close and can eat at home. If you choose, there is indoor seating too. I almost forgot, there are also a couple of tasty sides you can enjoy.

Best meal we had in Taos! The pulled pork was tender, the sauce was delicious, and the fry bread was perfect. Elote was great too! The guys working the counter were really nice and friendly. This is a new business - the place is small and they’re supposed to be part of a food hall but it doesn’t seem to work the way you’d expect (no communal seating, for example). If you’ve got a large party, plan on take out.
