This is such an easy rating: 5 stars on everything! I came with a bus load of people, arriving around 6:15 pm. Many places would have looks of terror on their faces, but the Guadalajara Grill made us feel immediately welcome. They quickly brought another person to the front (having 2 or 3 taking the orders) and not only were our orders taken quickly, the food was served quickly. Everything was outstanding. Very happy with our experience! We had just waited over an hour and a half at pizza outback and left when no one could give us an estimated time or let us know if our order was even being made. We saw Guadalajara was very busy but decided to go since they never disappoint. Ordered at the front to super friendly staff who cracked jokes. Sat down and received our food in 10-15 minutes. We were overjoyed. Got a quesadilla azteca and chimichangas. Delicious!! Bussers kept the area...

Great food. Kind of cafeteria style. Order at the counter and they bring it out. Place was full of locals avoiding the tourist restaurants. Again, good food. I had the Chili Relleno and a bowl of Posole. Both were top notch!
