Taos Cafe Up Front is a hidden gem with a cozy, eclectic atmosphere reminiscent of the 1960s and 1970s. This two-person operation, led by Michelle, serves up fresh, high-quality food with generous portions at fair prices. The menu features delicious options like French Toast with crispy bacon and the Uptown Breakfast with perfectly cooked eggs and multigrain toast. The coffee is rich and tasty, and the baked goods are beautiful. With a warm and kind staff, including Yvette, this cafe is a must-visit when in town. Be patient, as it's a small operation, but the experience is well worth the wait.
