Just had a marvelous dinner at La Cocina. We are camping at Elephant Butte and wanted a meal out. Delicious enchiladas and tamales. We will be back.
Evening meal here on a solo trip. I ordered the ground beef & bean compuesta. My server was Evelyn. She was friendly, she smiled as she worked, and returned to check on things. The food was good, vegetables looked fresh. Ample chips and salsa were provided as food was prepared. It arrived in good time. I would eat here again.
