“After being gone from T or C for 2 1/2 years we were back last week for a vacation. Before we left my kids asked to eat at Johnny B's. The service was outstanding as always and the Food was just as good if not better. It's was if we had never moved. Great place to eat. we enjoyed everything we had. we have never got a bad meal while eating at Johnny B's. just outstanding.“
“We ate at Los Arcos last evening 2-23-2024. The food, as always, was excellent, the best in Truth or Consequences. Our server was Marisol, who was so cheerful and attentive. Our usual order is the steak salad for me and the fillet for my husband. Both so delicious and lots of food, with extra to take home! Every time we go to Los Arcos, the owner comes around to talk to the people at each table and make sure everything is OK. He's obviously a wonderful man who cares about his customers. “Just went today for the second time, with a friend, for lunch. We looked at each other, after the first bite and we both said "outrageous!" She had the Fiesta Burger with waffle fries. I had the Spinach Salad with balsamic dressing. The staff was wonderful. The Chef came out and spoke to us when I asked what was in the absolutely, best balsamic vinegar dressing I have ever had on the crispy, fresh spinach salad. Highly recommend and I am looking forward to going to dinner there very soon. I give an overall rating of 10.“

“This place has the best food I've eaten in Truth or Consequences! I went here with a friend for dinner. It was a Wednesday night and not very busy. We were seated right away. We were given chips and salsa to munch on. Our server was attentive but not overbearing. My friend got a burrito. I opted for the ultimate enchiladas. The portions were huge. We both ate plenty and brought home at least of the food on our plates. The food was really tasty. My ultimate enchiladas plate included black beans and refried beans and really good rice. Unfortunately, we were too stuffed to eat dessert. I'm thinking of going back here for my birthday dinner. Why didn't I eat here sooner?“
“We went on a special Steak night in addition to their regular menu.I had the ribeye with a caper sauce and my husband had the NY strip with a chimichurri sauce. They were both delicious and the best part was they were so tender we could cut them with a butter knife. I worry when paying $30 a plate but this meal along with a twice baked potato and veggies did not disappoint! The chef there is excellent. We also enjoyed live music there that night during dinner. Every Thursday seems to be a different theme night .I highly recommend checking this place out.“
