“What a pleasant surprise to find this on our way through Tucumcari! One of the other coffee shops in town posted that they were unable to brew espresso that day, and caffeine was a must. Carlson's Cafe Azteca was surprisingly but pleasantly spicy. On our second trip, a pain au chocolate and iced espresso hit the spot.“

“Oh my gosh, they were SOOOOOO nice and patient with my kids! They wanted one of the happy meal toys they hadn’t had yet and they were wildly patient with us and kind and sweet as they searched through the toys for just the right one. How nice?!! And they weren’t even grumpy about it. Such good hearted people working here.“
