“Experienced the worst service I have ever had here at Penny’s tonight. There was 5 total in my party, 4 adults 1 child. My mother and I received our meals first. We waited another 30 minutes and our server finally came to our table where we then asked if my toddlers food would be done shortly because he was starting to get agitated with the long wait. Our server then had to go ask the cook to start preparing the cheeseburger patty I ordered for my 2 year old. The cook was sitting talking to other people in the restaurant. Our server came back to tell us the burger patty would be done shortly. My mother than asked if my boyfriend and dads food would be done shortly. The waiter then went back to the cook (who was already talking to the people again) and asked if he had started their food (he had not) and then called the waiter a name and started preparing their food. After asking our waiter what the order was 3 times 20 minutes goes by and the food came out completely wrong. The staffs attitude sucked. They were rude. It was very unfortunate. Pennys used to be a favorite stop for me but my family and I will not be returning.”
