Pita Pit offers good food with friendly service, though some staff members are leaving soon. The helpful and knowledgeable staff cater to gluten-free and dairy requests. The restaurant is attached to a yogurt place, providing dessert options. However, the service can be slow at times, and some customers find the experience average compared to other chain restaurants.
