“Stopped in for lunch...I had the combo pizza and Susan had the Portuguese fish cakes...Chose the thin crust, it was wicked good...Susan loved the fish cakes so much that we bought 4 frozen ones to take home...Great lunch...hope to make this a stopping spot when traveling between Halifax and the Cape“
“A fantastic addition to the town! Affordable and competitive prices with a classic menu. Standouts include the Chicken Donair, Chicken Wings, and the Chorizo Sausage pizza topping. Speaking of toppings, the poutine toppings are very diverse with lots of great options. Personal favorites include chorizo sausage and meatballs.“
“There was five adults in our party. We were seated quickly and a waitress came by soon after with menus and place settings. She gave us an appropriate amount of time to look over the menu before returning. One of our party that day can be a difficult and demanding customer at times. He was on point this day also, asking meaningless questions and unable to make up his mind on what he wanted, only to order the least expensive item. The waitress handled this like a pro, with a big smile and alot of patience. She returned to our table several times, asking if we needed anything and in my opinion did a great job. The food was good and plentiful, nice and hot and seemed very fresh. I was happy to tip her for great service and patience.Parking: The parking lot is large, well marked and clean.“
“Got stranded in Antigonish with car trouble and walked over to check out the pizza here. Wow! One of the best gf pizzas I've had! It says it's a cauliflower crust ("gluten gone crust") but this didn't taste like cauliflower, just thin, crispy and delish. I had pepperoni and hot peppers with cheese, all of it delicious and I feel great! I'm always nervous in small local places like this but this was a big win! I did ask if they're careful about cross contamination and he seemed surprised and said of course. Great friendly, quick service too!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust pizza“
“I'm not sure if I can say enough good about Pizza Delight in Antigonish. The food is amazing, hot, fresh and consistent but I think what makes this place stand out is the service. They are friendly, pay close attention to detail and truly want to ensure you have a great experience. Pizza Delight, Antigonish as a whole cares about their community and they go above and beyond to show that by supporting small local businesses. If you are reading this review and questioning where to go, just go here and thank me later ;)“
“I started eating Wheel Pizza when I went to university back in 1992 and it hasn’t changed a bit. It’s unique and I’m not sure why it’s unique. Sauce maybe, amount of cheese maybe…but I love it and it’s worth a try if you haven’t tried it or haven’t had it in a while. Although I may not be the diehard that eats it ever time I pass by Antigonish I really enjoy it when I get the opportunity to have it again. It should be noted that I have never been to The Wheel once where I have not seen the owner (Mike Hassin) there working away. No doubt that has more to do with the quality and consistency remaining the same all these years!“
