I was disappointed in the state of their bathroom. This was not only dirty but old dirt; indicating that the bathroom especially toilet and floors had not been cleaned in awhile. I brought this to the staff’s attention. In ordinary times this lack of cleanliness is unacceptable; in Covid times, staff should be more attentive!
