Tim Hortons in Antigonish

“I just went to Tim Hortons , I saw turkey running inside restaurant, some employees were chasing that bird. They said if I want my coffee I need to help them to catch that bird. After so long when I finally caught that bird (Baker baked that bird), they said they can’t make coffee for me. Even at this point I didn’t wanted coffee. that bird had his own family, he just came here to buy groceries. I went to gas station, but I had no money to pay for fuel. (Are you hiring?)“

“I’m a regular visitor to this location, and deal mostly with 3 staff members: Dawn, Melissa, and Brenda. They (and the entire staff, really) have always treated me well. Polite, courteous, friendly, and willing to help when asked. Their attitude has been consistent from my first visit, as has their service. Whether they’re busy or slow, they’re always doing their best to ensure everyone is treated equally. I’ve worked in customer service for over 1/2 my life and the one thing I’ve learned is to patient with staff when I’m the customer.

Be good to the staff, and they’ll treat you right. Be a jerk to them, and I fully support them reflecting that back to you.“
