Tim Hortons in New Glasgow

“I would say this Tim Hortons is my favourite one in this town , although it’s very tiny but the customer service and taste of the coffee is best among the other Tim Hortons in the town .
I would always recommend visiting this location. Very friendly staff .“

“The staff here are extremely friendly.

I went in one night for a quick coffee and I waited a few minutes.

No big deal.

However, the woman at the counter was very apologetic for making me wait and offered a free donut.

I wouldn't take it as, I didn't feel like I waited all that long and didn't really deserve it.

It was very sweet of her to care though, you don't really see that extra care in customer service anymore.

I will continue to give them my business, because of this pleasant interaction.“

“I only went in to use the washroom. There was a Wendy's inside and well. Bright and spacious dining room. Tim's is always Tim's wherever you go. The only difference is the service. I want served because I did not, in fact, order anything. Well there you have it, a useless review I may say. Maybe the next time I go, I'll order something.“

“This location has an espresso machine. That makes this location one of the best in the county, out of many locations. You know you’re getting coffee that is at the very least freshly made. Great atmosphere inside the restaurant, making it one of the only Tim Hortons that would be suitable for a coffee date.“
