“Update: The last 2 times going to this location have been brutal. Drive thru mixed up my order, forgot a coffee, overcharged for the hockey cards and it was a big hold up to get it sorted. After this I decided my next trip I'd be going directly inside. I was there for over 15 minites total waiting to order and waiting for my order. There was only 1 customer infront of me and she didnt order much. The entire staff was pushing out drive thu orders and they had 1 person working on taking orders from inside counter and she was painfully slow.I MOSTLY have good experiences with this location, however the odd time when it's busy, I've had my order mixed up. I still prefer this spot over the rest of the tims in the area.“
“standard tim hortons. seems like when you visit the maritimes, wherever you choose to stop, there is a convenient tim hortons around for you to use the washroom at, pick up a coffee to fuel your ongoing drive, or a place to sit down and have a snack and take a break. this tim hortons happens to have quite large seating area and a massive parking lot behind it s well as a huge drive through lane. we visited on a weekend and it wasn't busy but i'm thinking with the local businesses and the hospital almost next door, it could be a busy place.“
“Had a great customer experience, employees were so soft speaking, when one of the got to know about my birthday, she gave one breakfast sandwich complementary, by value it means nothing but matters a lot about the their gesture, I was just one of their customers the care they showed about my special day was awesome!“
“Delicious coffee and muffin. Omelet bites are yummy. Difficulty ordering omelet bites as drive-thru staff didn't understand what I was asking. Little attention paid to me at pay/pick up window. Staff member more concerned to have another staff member squeeze between my vehicle and window to pick up something. I didn't feel valued.“
