“Great little local coffee shop! Our breakfast sandwiches were hot and the bagels were fresh. There was an option to have your sandwich on a donut, which my friend ordered, and thought it was an interesting/unusual approach.One of the drinks in our order was the wrong drink, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a larger order.“
“I'd had a very long day a long drive and not a lot of sleep when I had to be up early for an appointment. I was hoping to find some coffee place that wasn't the standard prefab place but there were power outages everywhere. Someone mentioned this coffee shop and it's in a very odd place but my God it is worth it. It's on top of the biggest hill in town and to me now it's like some sort of shining pagoda. Amazing coffee and fabulous staff. Power was out but they had hot coffee and took cash. They even had plant based doughnuts! Outside the city in atlantic canada is difficult for anyone vegetarian vegan or gluten free... but these folks have it all covered. Only downside is I can't give them 10 stars“
“The best Starbucks I have ever been in. I studied and worked for about three hours in this café and was welcomed and checked in on numerous times. Every interaction with each person that came in was so lovely. The staff is one the best I have ever seen. The service was also amazing and my drink was delicious.“
“Delicious coffee and muffin. Omelet bites are yummy. Difficulty ordering omelet bites as drive-thru staff didn't understand what I was asking. Little attention paid to me at pay/pick up window. Staff member more concerned to have another staff member squeeze between my vehicle and window to pick up something. I didn't feel valued.“
“Dear Tim Hortons (Truro, NS. Robie Street) Let me start off by saying I frequent this Tim Hortons a fair amount when I am visiting family in the area. I find the service generally fast and efficient and have never had a concern with this particular location. I was shocked to be told yesterday by the service individual that you did not offer a 10 cent discount on cold beverages when you bring your own reusable cup. The employee at the window told me that they only offer the discount on hot drinks. Even the poster beside the take window showed a hot beverage and a cold beverage container when advertising this promotion. I would hope that Tim Hortons would rectify this anomaly in policy.“
