“I admit I am that person that goes in at 9pm wanting two extra large teas. The staff are always so gracious, friendly and accommodating, going so far as to apologize that they have to make a new pot. Like OH NO fresh tea?? I sincerely apologize back because I know the pita I am being. Thanks as always!!“

“I like this location , but there are 40 to 50 local Tim's hortons location that use the TOGoodToGo for food waste and it seems the only locations that don't use the Ap is the 4 locations owned by the owner of this Tim Hortons , which are the 4 closest to me so if I want to use the Ap I have to go to any other Tim Hortons. Besides these locations“

“It was my first time at Tim Hortons like here in Nova Scotia and I was honestly really impressed with the service. Omar was handling a huge lineup while also training a new guy who started working, and even helping other staff at the same time, yet he stayed calm and kept a friendly smile the whole time. He took the time to explain things clearly to the guy who is giving training for him without rushing and still made sure every customer felt acknowledged, even apologizing for the wait. You could tell he was doing his best to manage everything smoothly, which made a big difference. I ended up leaving a $5 tip because of how great the experience was.“

“Today i was unable to use my points to redeem for a bagel. Even after redownloading the app the issue was not resolved. Then the store manager took the responsibility and offered me her points to use.
I really appreciate her efforts for solving this issue.
