“I like this location , but there are 40 to 50 local Tim's hortons location that use the TOGoodToGo for food waste and it seems the only locations that don't use the Ap is the 4 locations owned by the owner of this Tim Hortons , which are the 4 closest to me so if I want to use the Ap I have to go to any other Tim Hortons. Had a dine-in for coffee & bagel, so spent about 30 minutes in total.
The food & drinks will always be same being franchise model.
The differentiation is always the Customer Service, Cleanliness.
The customer service was great, staff was pleasant, Dining area was super clean.

“Today i was unable to use my points to redeem for a bagel. Even after redownloading the app the issue was not resolved. Then the store manager took the responsibility and offered me her points to use.
I really appreciate her efforts for solving this issue.

Another review about a team member lovepreet. I had an artisan bun with some sauce and crispy onions, she made it with without wasting time. I Really appreciate her fast service. I hope she gets praised by the restaurant.

“I admit I am that person that goes in at 9pm wanting two extra large teas. The staff are always so gracious, friendly and accommodating, going so far as to apologize that they have to make a new pot. Like OH NO fresh tea??
