“I like this location , but there are 40 to 50 local Tim's hortons location that use the TOGoodToGo for food waste and it seems the only locations that don't use the Ap is the 4 locations owned by the owner of this Tim Hortons , which are the 4 closest to me so if I want to use the Ap I have to go to any other Tim Hortons. Besides these locations“
“Couple nights ago I accidentally drove my car up on the curb which jutted out into the parking lot. It was very dark and I was distressed and embarrassed. The manager, Marc, was about to leave when he kindly came over to offer help and a coffee. He carefully backed my car off the curb for me and then got me a donut (I already had coffee). He was so kind and understanding. I’m very grateful to him for his kindness. Thank you Tim’s.“
“Today i was unable to use my points to redeem for a bagel. Even after redownloading the app the issue was not resolved. Then the store manager took the responsibility and offered me her points to use.
I really appreciate her efforts for solving this issue.

“I admit I am that person that goes in at 9pm wanting two extra large teas. The staff are always so gracious, friendly and accommodating, going so far as to apologize that they have to make a new pot. Like OH NO fresh tea??
