“Shout out to the friendly staff and helpful owner at this Tim’s! I placed a very large order for a meeting that was to be picked up at a peek time of day. My order changed a number of times and it wasn’t a problem at all. Went to pick up the order and the owner was there to greet me, everything ready to go . Even assisted me in taking items to the meeting location! Baked goods were delicious while coffee and tea were hot. All condiments provided making the process seamless for me. Most impressive, they provided a milk alternative . Will certainly be stoping at this location again!“

“The team is genuinely so nice and welcoming. Trish always greets you warmly, like a caring mother. Bella makes perfect drinks with a smile every time, and Sarah is wonderful too.
Thank you to everyone for consistently keeping the taste and quality on point. I don’t remember all the names, but you all are awesome!

“I don’t get into Tim Hortons very much but when I stopped in this past Saturday morning it was a lovely experience. The $65 order was completely quickly and they accommodated my additional requests without a problem but what I really liked was watching a bunch of regulars who were greeted by name by the manager. “This Tim Hortons the one in The commons and 2 of the ones on Bedford highway tom hortons have the same owner and are the only time Hortons locations in. The HRM that don't use the to go to good app. That prevents food waste , I don't like that and don't think it's right , and would like to know why ? There are at least 40 to 50 Tim Hortons locations the post on the Ap daily , help me understand why these locations do not“

“Really nice experience at Tim Hortons! The girl who made my wrap was super friendly and professional. I didn’t remember her exact name something like Harpy. She works evening shifts. I saw her while she was preparing it, she handled everything really nicely and with care, and didn’t rush even though it looked very busy. She made sure everything was done properly. She handed it to me at the window with a smile and a great attitude. The wrap was fresh, well made, and tasted really good. Small things like this kind of service really make a difference, specially when its busy.“

“Im giving 5 star to the canadians coffee shop. But foreiegn workers, not all of them but 1 of them is unprofessional and disrepectful. Not just that, one of them used their hand to get the pastry. Please use gloves. Another thing is insects inside the bakery display. Another thing is, the floor is disgusting, please mop the floor.“
