“I go to the drive thru on Young Street in Halifax at 4.30 am almost every morning. The girl who works the back shift is exceptional! She is always polite and welcoming every time. I look forward to our brief interaction . She is a very positive person and deserves a raise!

I go out of my way to visit this location because the service is consistently outstanding and the restaurant is exceptionally well maintained. The staff clearly take pride in cleanliness, always ensuring that the dining area and bathrooms are spotless and comfortable for customers. The drive-thru is fast, efficient, and well organized and it’s clear that the staff works exceptionally well together. Everyone seems to communicate effectively and they act as a team, which keeps things flowing, even during busy periods. Their professionalism, and attention to detail create a welcoming atmosphere and make every visit a great experience.This location consistently exceeds my expectations and keeps me coming back.“

“Just wanted to share a wonderful experience that my daughter and I had here tonight. We went in the store as she wanted timbits and only likes a few kinds. There was only one in the tray of the kind she liked, and three of the other kind she liked left, although there were lots of others available, she’s a fussy kid. That’s when the baker, Chris, jumped out from behind and said, ‘I can make her some if you don’t mind waiting’ He made her a batch of her favourite sour cream glazed, and made her night. “There is an employee named Shroody (spelling might be wrong) who is amazing at her job! She sees me in line and because i get the same thing everyday (bacon everything flatbread pizza) when she sees me in the long lineup she starts the pizza so i don't have to wait forever for it after paying...this is awesome for me because my lunch breaks are only 30 mins and the lineup gets kinda long at that time...Kudos to Shroody!“

“I drive past 2 other Tim's to reach this one on my way to work ,great speedy service. This week the scanner for the Tims rewards has been broken for 4 days now . This is on the drive thru, the walk in one works. . Missing out on my points and offers . No warning sign on the drive up speaker, if forewarned I might change my order“

“This is a kiosk inside of Nova Scotia Community College's Institute of Technology. It was reported in an earlier review that the kiosk is not open to the public, which is completely untrue. You're more than welcome to drop by for a coffee if you're in the neighborhood.“

“One of the workers at the location, Shelbie, knows me as a regular. She recently had my coffee ready for me before I even stepped foot towards the counter with her usual smile. “If I compare this Tim Hortons to others I have been to, I see that this one seems to have great service that exceeds the other Tims locations in the area. While being bombarded with a constant flow of students and staff of Dalhousie, these employees remain super efficient and friendly, which makes the overall service worthwhile. The food is what you expect from Tim Hortons, but the service is what's really notable here. The staff keeps the line constantly moving and often takes two orders at once, unlike other locations that will only take one. Overall, excellent job to the employees that work there! I would also like to add, if you order a brewed coffee they will prepare it immediatly instead of having to wait.“

“Everybody’s always hating on raisins.. let’s get one thing straight, raisins are wicked, and Tim Hortons’s Oatmeal Raisin Cookie is the best damn cookie you’re ever gonna find, better than your own grandma could make. Please never discontinue. Also, your omelette bites are fire 👌“

“The lady in the drive through, Manpreet was polite, easy to understand, good clear voice on the drive speaker, fast and efficient. She is probably a supervisor but she is probably the best or second best service I have had there. (There is another lady, has been there for a while, pale complexion, also gives supervisor or manager vibes, always great, never catcher her name)“

“Nice layout inside store, roomy. Our cashier was in training but the staff member training her was nice and well spoken. Lots of donuts and muffins to choose from, everything we wanted was in stock. Our table was a bit messy and covered in crumbs, as was another table we moved to, but this was at lunch time so it was understandable.“

“I could stop at many Tim Hortons locations, but I choose the Lacewood Tim Hortons because it consistently has the best coffee, fast service, and an amazing team.

The coffee is always fresh and made right, and the drive-thru is incredibly efficient, especially during the morning rush. What really makes this location stand out is the staff.

I always look forward to seeing Michelle and Andrea at the drive-thru. Andrea, in particular, is the best! Love her! She greets customers with a smile every day, is consistently positive, and genuinely brightens my morning. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service make a difference and keep me coming back.“
