“We arrived a little earlier than our scheduled time, and everything was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and everything was served on time, so we didn’t have to wait long at all. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the night staff, who were exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you so much for the amazing service and great experience. We truly appreciate it and would definitely recommend this place! ❤️😊“

“I have previously work at Tim Hortons as a supervisor and while it’s been a while I know what it takes to operate an efficient and positive shift. I’ve find that Tim’s is not at all like it was when I worked there, the employees were polite, bubbly, fast and kind. The service is now often horrible, the wait is unbelievable and the drinks are often incorrectly. I now drive out of my to go to this Tim Hortons whenever possible! The crew working today could and should put on training sessions for other locations. They are fast and friendly and they seem to the be only Tim Hortons able to consistently make the perfect ice coffee. If it wasn’t for this location I would have probably stopped going to Tim’s because it has become a waste of money and time. Thank you to everyone who works there with a special shout out to Ann the manager!!! Like always my ice coffee was amazing today and the team was fast, friendly with smiles on their faces! A great way to get your day started!! You guys are all top notch!!!! Keep being you!!!!!!!“

“The morning drivethru crew during the week is amazing. They are quick and efficient, and they are so friendly at the window.

“Visited the Dartmouth Tim Hortons on Kiltearn Row—terrible experience. Drive-thru felt like a cement curb prison, with agonizing waits and a confusing process. Staff were unfriendly, my order was wrong, and the coffee was burnt. Hygiene was poor—saw a worker handling coins then my cup. Small portions for the price. Avoid if possible—save your time and money.“

“Today I was stuck someplace and needed a friend to go pick up food. I called and spoke to the supervisor Andrea and she was most accommodating and helpful. I cannot say enough about this person's level of Customer Service. For this I would recommend this store, for as if she does her job really well I would think her team. “Jaspreet Kaur is one of the most awesome personalities I’ve ever met. She is polite and provides excellent customer service. She made my coffee exactly the way I like it perfect! “Excellent experience at the Tim Hortons on Portland Street in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Rachelle’s personality really stood out the moment I walked in. I could hear how positive, friendly, and genuinely happy she sounded while speaking with customers, and it immediately made the atmosphere in the store feel welcoming. Her energy was uplifting, and I actually mentioned to her that she had already made my day better just by her attitude and the way she treated people with kindness and appreciation.

Her positivity and presence were very genuine, and it was clear she truly cares about the customers she serves. Because of that experience, I found myself returning to this location.

On May 22nd, 2026, she once again went above and beyond to assist me, which is the main reason I’m writing this review. She deserves recognition not just for good service, but as an example of excellent customer care and professionalism. She creates a welcoming environment and sets a standard for how customers should be treated.

“I’ve had such a great experience here every time I come through the drive-thru. The service is always fast and efficient, even when there’s a big line. Somehow, I’m usually out within just a couple of minutes!

Stopped by this Tim Hortons while travelling today and had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and everything was made perfectly. My drink was exactly how I like it and the food was fresh and hot.

It’s always nice to go somewhere where the team clearly cares about customer service and keeping things running smoothly. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to. I’ll happily be be back when I’m in this area again“

The girl who works the afternoon shift with the bright red hair is absolutely amazing. She is always so happy and greats me with a smile and she makes me laugh and smile everyday. I enjoy seeing her daily . This location is overall one of the best in the city .“

“Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank you to the 2 ladies that worked on October 3 about 530. Im from NB. Never been to Dartmouth i was getting my little dog fitted for her orthopedic, my cell had died and my device to charge my phone would not work in the car. I stopped there. I asked for directions, the ladies helped me. One of the ladies wrote down all the directions and told me I could plug in my phone and at least stay till it was at least a 50%. I just wanted to say thank you they are the best ladies so kind.“

“I just have to say that the current staff at this location has got to be the most friendly, patient and efficient group I’ve ever encountered at a Tim Hortons!!
I can’t imagine how difficult it must be at a food court location in a mall - there’s often a big line and customers are rushing and impatient.
I’ve gone to this one for years, as well as all the others, but the present staff at this one are outstanding.
I seem to often see two girls in particular: LOVEPREET 🥰 and MUSKAN 😍 (I asked their names). They treat customers - especially regulars (and there are many of those in a mall) like friends in a small village cafe and are always so happy, positive and accommodating.
In a world where so many service staff and customers appear frustrated and depressed, seeing two girls this happy despite working such a hard job is SO inspiring! They always remember what I like ordering and and are always so welcoming and positive. On a day I was feeling stressed and down, the incredible smile from Lovespreet and how kind and happy she was just get me my silly coffee and bagel with cream cheese on the side —- totally changed my mood for the day. Her smile is like seeing the sun come out from behind a cloud.

Thank you for coming here from India - you two are Amazing! Stay there, I’ll bet you make a lot of other people’s day as well, every single day.

Highfield Park Tim Hortons have amazing staff that curate a welcoming atmosphere; which is engaging, mindful, and provide top tier world class customer service , and even when times get tough stay resilient in a tough service market .

Well done! Keep up the great that is being done every single day.
