“Staff were busy and efficient, very professional. Aminideer (sp?) was an absolute ninja at the sandwich making station, and the cashier (missed his name but he had an earring?) was patient and friendly. Saturday at noon the place was packed and everyone was obviously working fast and efficiently.“

“Tim Hortons at Dartmouth Crossing is an exceptional place. I stopped in for breakfast and the food was excellent, the customer service outstanding, friendly and swift . What struck me was the happy environment surrounding me as if it’s a warm friendly place to meet friends and family . I had a chance to meet Shauna the GM. She was kind and professional interacting with staff. My husband and I are visiting from CT and appreciate visiting Tim Hortons every time .“
“Excellent experience at the Tim Hortons on Portland Street in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Rachelle’s personality really stood out the moment I walked in. I could hear how positive, friendly, and genuinely happy she sounded while speaking with customers, and it immediately made the atmosphere in the store feel welcoming. Her energy was uplifting, and I actually mentioned to her that she had already made my day better just by her attitude and the way she treated people with kindness and appreciation.
Her positivity and presence were very genuine, and it was clear she truly cares about the customers she serves. Because of that experience, I found myself returning to this location.
On May 22nd, 2026, she once again went above and beyond to assist me, which is the main reason I’m writing this review. She deserves recognition not just for good service, but as an example of excellent customer care and professionalism. She creates a welcoming environment and sets a standard for how customers should be treated.

Stopped by this Tim Hortons while travelling today and had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and everything was made perfectly. My drink was exactly how I like it and the food was fresh and hot.

“I recently visited Tim Hortons 15 Akerley and had a really great experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very quick with my order. Even though the store was busy, the employees stayed calm and professional while helping every customer.
My coffee and breakfast sandwich were prepared perfectly and served hot and fresh. What impressed me most was the excellent customer service—the cashier greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was correct before handing it to me.

“I just have to say that the current staff at this location has got to be the most friendly, patient and efficient group I’ve ever encountered at a Tim Hortons!!
I can’t imagine how difficult it must be at a food court location in a mall - there’s often a big line and customers are rushing and impatient.
I’ve gone to this one for years, as well as all the others, but the present staff at this one are outstanding.
I seem to often see two girls in particular: LOVEPREET 🥰 and MUSKAN 😍 (I asked their names). They treat customers - especially regulars (and there are many of those in a mall) like friends in a small village cafe and are always so happy, positive and accommodating.
In a world where so many service staff and customers appear frustrated and depressed, seeing two girls this happy despite working such a hard job is SO inspiring! They always remember what I like ordering and and are always so welcoming and positive. On a day I was feeling stressed and down, the incredible smile from Lovespreet and how kind and happy she was just get me my silly coffee and bagel with cream cheese on the side —- totally changed my mood for the day. Her smile is like seeing the sun come out from behind a cloud.
Thank you for coming here from India - you two are Amazing! Stay there, I’ll bet you make a lot of other people’s day as well, every single day.

Highfield Park Tim Hortons have amazing staff that curate a welcoming atmosphere; which is engaging, mindful, and provide top tier world class customer service , and even when times get tough stay resilient in a tough service market .
