Tim Hortons in Enfield

“Well, what a pleasant surprise. I have been quite critical of Tim Hortons restaurants and for very good reasons; poor communications, sloppy service, inaccurate orders, uncaring management and dirty surroundings to name a few. But not this time. Credit must be given where credit is due. This version of Tim Hortons, just outside the Halifax International Airport on Bell Blvd, is a welcome and highly notable exception. It is spotlessly clean, bright, comfortable, welcoming and pleasant. The staff listen and speak with clarity and confidence and are truly attentive to your needs. It demonstrates that Tim Hortons can raise the bar and, indeed, meet it. But to do so they must have a team in place that has the skill and motivation to perform at this level. Unfortunately and sadly so, such is not the case in most of their restaurants“

“Stopped in last Saturday afternoon on my way through Enfield and honestly wasn't expecting much from a Tim Hortons, but this one genuinely surprised me. The staff were super friendly and the place was clean and bright, which made a nice break from driving. I grabbed a double double and a butter tart and both were exactly what you'd hope for, classic Tims comfort. Coming from BC, it reminded me why people back east are so loyal to this chain - will definitely stop again if I'm passing through.“
